		<description>When I had my credit repaired, the biggest obstacle I had to overcome was the fact that my balances were well above the recommended amount.  Once I paid those down, my scores shot through the roof!  Paying more than the minimum and paying on time definitely assisted me in my quest for better credit.</description>

There are many nations in the world for which a 95% employment rate would be an economic boom of enormous porportions.  The reality is the 96-67% of Americans are still making their mortgage payments on a timely basis.  Like you rightly point out...real estate is local.  Some areas are experiencing a very painful correction...but this is not the case everywhere.  Perspective is very important.</description>
